This is the ideal Mixed Martial Arts Training Glove.

Sizing: Measure across the 4 knuckles on the back of your hand. If it measures 3" to 3.75" go with Medium. 4" to 4.5" go with Large. Over 4.5" go with X-large. Gloves will stretch slightly with use.

Medium = 6oz

Large = 7oz

X-Large = 7.5oz
