Sizing: Measure across the 4 knuckles on the back of your hand. If it measures 2.5" to 3" go with SMALL. 3" to 3.5" go with MEDIUM. 3.5" to 4.25" go with LARGE. Over 4.25" go with X-LARGE. Gloves will stretch slightly with use
