Oct. 3, 2012: Cageside's Workout Of The Day
Hey - Boomer here. Thought I'd start posting the workouts that my wife and I do in our warehouse/gym.
I am 37 and my wife is 39
Oct 3, 2012 workout:
100 push ups
40 box jumps
100 free squats
40 chin ups
100 kettle bell swings
We both finished in less than 17 minutes - not great, but not too bad.
